Notice regarding the conduct of the exam for the Bankruptcy administrator, dated December 2, 2024:
- Afati i fundit për paraqitjen e kërkesave dhe dokumentacionit për të marrë pjesë në provimin për administratorë falimentimit me ane te platformës e-Albania është data 10 Nëntor 2024 ora 12.00.
- Me date 11 nëntor 2024 do te publikohet lista e personave qe kane paraqitur kërkesë.
- Me datën 21 Nëntor 2024 do te publikohet lista paraprake e Kandidateve te kualifikuar per te marre pjese ne provimin për licencimin e Administratoreve te falimentimit.
- Nga data 21 -26 nëntor 2024 është afati i ankimit lidhur me listën paraprake.
- Me datën 1 dhjetor 2024 do te publikohet lista përfundimtare e Kandidateve te kualifikuar.
- Me datën 2 dhjetor 2024 do te zhvillohet provimi i administratoreve te falimentimit.
- Ne data 26-27 nentor 2024 do te zhvillohet trajnim Prane Qendres se Trajnimeve te administrates Tatimore ne adresen: Rr.Mustafa Lleshi, Dega e Thesarit Tiranë, Kati 4 lidhur me Falimentimin me trajner Gjyqtar te Falimentimit, nga Drejtoria e Pergjithshme e Tatimeve si dhe nga Agjencia Kombetare e Falimentimit.

Detyrat e Agjencisë
Agjencia ka të drejtat dhe kompetencat e mëposhtme:
a) të japë, të anulojë ose të rinovojë licencat për administratorët e falimentimit dhe atij mbikëqyrës, në përputhje me dispozitat e këtij ligji;
b) të hartojë dhe të administrojë provimet për administratorët e falimentimit dhe atë mbikëqyrës;
c) të mbajë regjistrin e administratorëve të certifikuar të falimentimit;
ç) të kontrollojë dhe të mbikëqyrë standardet e sjelljes profesionale të administratorëve të falimentimit dhe atij mbikëqyrës gjatë procedurës së falimentimit;
d) të mbledhë dhe të përpunojë të dhëna statistikore dhe të dhëna të tjera në lidhje me procedurat e falimentimit;
dh) të propozojë standardet e sjelljes dhe të kompetencave në administrimin e falimentimeve, si edhe Kodin e Etikës, e të kërkojë zbatimin e tyre
nëpërmjet ndërmarrjes të sanksioneve dhe masave disiplinore, si dhe të kërkojë nga administratorët e falimentimit dhe ai mbikëqyrës një ra port çdo 3 muaj për zbatimin e detyrave të tyre;
e) të zbatojë çdo detyrë tjetër të caktuar nga ligji.
